Dental Malpractice: Expert Assessment of Injury and Causation

Following the success of previous editions, we are delighted to invite you to the IOFOS Annual e-Symposium, which will take place online on Saturday, 5 December 2026, from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m. CET.

This year, our e-Symposium will explore Dental Malpractice: Expert Assessment of Injury and Causation through a series of forensic case presentations. To give the programme a courtroom feel, we have named the sessions after stages of a trial, from The Case for the Defence and The Case for the Prosecution to The Expert Witness Stand. The programme will conclude with a discussion entitled The Jury Deliberates: Reaching the Final Verdict.
